One tier-0 release drops every leaf into its assignee's inbox. They accept, clock on, and start the work.
The assignee marks their part done. It lands with the requester. Sign-off passes or asks for changes — with a note, so the next round is faster than the last.
Every passed sign-off writes to the incentive ledger. Cycle close pays out or forgives. No spreadsheet.

We do. Keycloak SSO, per-Company data isolation, MongoDB behind Cloudflare. Your data is scoped by companyId at the query layer — the invariants stop us from ever handing it to another tenant.
Agile Admin lives beside Jira, GitHub, Linear — it doesn't try to replace them. The MCP endpoint lets an AI bridge the two: pull open PRs, propose sub-tasks, close them out on merge.
