Agile Admin runs the delivery loop for small consulting teams. Engineers mark work done. Requesters sign off. The ledger settles against the estimate — every task, every sprint, on the same page.
Three ideas that hold the product together.
Testing. QA. Review. Approval. Call the states whatever your team already says. The verbs are yours to set — the state machine underneath stays the same.
Every project has an MCP endpoint. Point Claude, Cursor or your own agent at it — they can add clients, break work into a WBS, and chase sign-offs inside your permission model.
Every sign-off writes an hours delta against the estimate. Under budget wins credit. Over budget lands a note. At month-end the cycle closes and the balance is real.
Four steps. The same loop, every time.
A project manager — or an AI on the MCP endpoint — shapes the WBS. Top-level tasks, sub-tasks, dependencies. Every leaf has an estimate and an owner.
One tier-0 release drops every leaf into its assignee's inbox. They accept, clock on, and start the work.
The assignee marks their part done. It lands with the requester. Sign-off passes or asks for changes — with a note, so the next round is faster than the last.
Every passed sign-off writes to the incentive ledger. Cycle close pays out or forgives. No spreadsheet.
The four we get most.
Consulting teams of five to fifty who bill by the estimate. If your engineers, testers and PMs already talk about sign-off and rework, you'll feel at home in ten minutes.
We do. Keycloak SSO, per-Company data isolation, MongoDB behind Cloudflare. Your data is scoped by companyId at the query layer — the invariants stop us from ever handing it to another tenant.
Agile Admin lives beside Jira, GitHub, Linear — it doesn't try to replace them. The MCP endpoint lets an AI bridge the two: pull open PRs, propose sub-tasks, close them out on merge.
A call, for now. We're onboarding a handful of teams by hand so the workflow verbs, working hours and Keycloak realm are wired to your setup on day one.
Sign in with your Keycloak account, or drop us a line and we'll set you up.
